"All through middle school and partly through high school, I never struggled with any kind of skin issues, let alone acne. My face was almost like porcelain and I took very good care of it.  Then, at 16 years old, almost overnight, my skin took a turn for the absolute worst. I had no idea what was causing these massive breakouts all over my face. None of my eating or daily habits had changed.
